What if I want to exchange/return a product?
Not a problem, we're here for you. You can return or exchange any Kayfi product up to 14 days from the date when you receive it.
Can I return a product after 14 days?
Sorry, no returns accepted after the return expiry date! You can exchange only up-to 14 days after the receipt of the Kayfi product.
How do I return the product?
Returns are hassle free. On the Website: We'll have the requested return items picked up within a quick 2-3 days: Your returned item will be picked up within 1-2 days
Will I get the full amount refunded to me?
Yes, you will get a full refund for your product, no deductions. Once the returned product reaches us at the facility, we will approve the refund request and the funds will be transferred to the original payment method within 14 working days.
How should I return the item?
Make sure that you return the item in its original pack, with the invoice and the product tag intact.
What if my item is not in the original pack?
That's a problem! Any item that does not meet our policy will be sent back to you. And you will have to cover the return shipping cost.
Can I exchange an Item?
Yes, you can exchange your item with an alternative product you like on our website.
Will I be charged for the exchange?
No, You won't be charged any cost for the exchange as long as the new item does not exceed the current paid amount.
How do I return my item to Kayfi?
The return will be picked up from your place. The pick up of the items will be scheduled within 3-5 working days
Where will I get my refund amount?
Your refund method will be the same as your original payment mode.
My item is missing/wrong/damaged! What do I do?
Sorry for your inconvenience! Contact us within 48 hours from receipt of order. If the item is damaged, send us a photo (there's an option on the website for you to attach the photo) or we'll send you a link for attaching the photo.
It will be accepted, and after checking the product, we will initialise the return or exchange process.
Till when can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at anytime before you receive the shipping email confirmation.
How much does the delivery cost?
Shipping charges depend on the order amount:
UAE: FREE for Orders above AED 100; Shipping will be charged for Orders below AED 99
KSA: FREE for Orders above AED 600; Shipping will be charged for Orders below AED 600
How long till my order reaches me?
UAE: A general delivery will reach you in 2-3 days.
KSA: A general delivery will reach you in 5-7 days.
I opted for an express delivery. How quick is that?
An express delivery within Dubai will take a day. Unfortunately, we don't offer express delivery outside of Dubai yet.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card & Maestro Cards. You can also make payments using Apple Pay & other eWallets.
Can I amend my order?
Sorry, no changes can be made to the order once you've placed it. But you have the option of cancelling you order immediately and placing a new order.

We do have the option of Business Account. We will need the Company VAT details before placing the order.
