How to track my order?

It's Easy! To track your order, go to the My Kayfi Account and open the order you want to track. You will see all the tracking information under the order tracking section.

What if items are backordered/preorder?

All items on our website are in stock. If an item is available for preorder or backorder, it will be mentioned specifically

Is online ordering secure?

Shop with confidence, our website is 100% secure. Our digital platform is encrypted by 256 bit SSL certification. You can confirm by checking the kayfi website url. It starts with httpS ; and not with http.

How is the shipping calculated?

Our shipping charges vary from location to location. On the shopping cart page you can check the shipping charges by selecting your delivery city. We also provide Free shipping from time to time on selected items or orders.

Do you provide free shipping?

For UAE:
We provide Free shipping from time to time on selected items or on orders above AED 100.

For KSA:
We provide Free shipping from time to time on selected items or on orders above AED 600.

"What if my order does not get shipped and I have not received my order?"

It is a remote possibility; however we have provided for that. In such a case, you can visit My Kayfi Account and track your order. If you are unable to track your order within the expected delivery date, you can contact us on our helpline number or drop us an email at hello@kayfi.com. Our customer care executive shall get back to you at the earliest.

What if I received the incorrect items?

"It is a remote possibility; however we have provided for that. If you have received an incorrect items, visit My Kayfi Account and raise wrong order request within 48 hours of receiving the order. Visit My Kayfi Account, raise request for exchange by selecting the wrong order. Kindly upload a photo of the items you have received. You will shortly receive an email/update from Kayfi explaining further details."

What if I received a damaged product?

"It is a remote possibility; however we have provided for that. If you have received a damaged items, visit My Kayfi Account and raise damaged order received request within 48 hours of receiving the order. Visit My Kayfi Account, raise request for exchange by selecting the damaged order. Kindly upload a photo of the items you have received. You will shortly receive an email/update from Kayfi explaining further details."

Do you ship to International Locations?

Unfortunately we do not - yet. Due to current shipping limitations we are only accepting orders from UAE, KSA & Oman. We will soon start shipping to GCC so stay connected for more.
