HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Returns are extremely easy and simple! Just go to the 'Return & Exchange' and enter the required details like order number and Email ID to proceed with the process. Once the return request is submitted, we'll arrange to have the requested return item to be picked up within 2-3 business days. Kindly note that the return window for Kayfi products is limited to 14 days from the date of receiving your order. The returned product must also be unused in its original packaging with the invoice and product label intact. Promotional and sale items can only be exchanged but not returned/refunded. If the returned items don't meet our quality standards (e.g., stains, marks, perfume), we'll send them back to your shipping address. Your return request will be cancelled, and you'll be responsible for the associated shipping charges.

HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Upon submission of your return request and the subsequent arrival of the product at our facility, it will undergo a thorough quality check. Once the quality check is successful, a full refund will be issued to the original source of payment used in the order. For orders placed within the United Arab Emirates, please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of the order at our fulfilment centre for the refund to be processed, subject to bank processing. For orders outside of the UAE, the refund process may take up to 25-30 business days from the receipt of the order at our fulfilment centre.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Exchanging an item is hassle-free. Simply go to 'My Account' and submit an exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order. On the website, choose the new product that you want to exchange your item with. If the price of the new product chosen exceeds the price of the item being exchanged, you will have to pay the difference online. Otherwise, if the price of the chosen new product is less than the price of the item being exchanged, the difference will be given back to you in the form of store credit. Once the exchange request is submitted, you will receive an email from our Customer Care Team with your order's collection details.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE FREE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS?
