Can I Return or Exchange the items I have ordered?
Absolutely, we offer easy returns and exchange policies for better online shopping experience.
How do I exchange the item?
"Exchanging your order is a hassle-free process. Visit your My Kayfi Account and raise a request for exchange within 14 days of receiving the order. On the website, select the New product you want in exchange. If the selected new product price is higher than the exchanged item, pay the difference online. If the selected new product price is lower than the exchanged item, the difference amount will be added as credits in My Kayfi Account. You will receive an email from My Kayfi Account containing the pickup details of your order. We do ask that you return the item in the same packaging along with the invoice and tags attached to it. If the exchanged Items are not matching our quality standards we will return your item to your delivery address and your exchange request will be cancelled."
How do I return the item?
"It's sad that you want to return the item! But you can do it easily. Go to My Kayfi Account. Under My Orders section open selected order and click on Return Order. Once the return request is approved on our website, you can drop the item at the nearest post office. If you want to schedule a pickup at your place, you can do so at extra charges. The pick-up of the items will be scheduled within 2-3 working days. The item should be in its original packaging along with its invoice and tags. If the item meets our quality standards, your return request will be accepted and you will receive your refund within 14 days from the day we receive the item at our fulfilment centre. In case the item does not meet our quality standards, the item will be returned to you and you will have to bear the shipping expenses. You will receive an email/update from Kayfi explaining all details including shipping address and other instructions."
What is the refund process?
"There are 2 types of refund process 1. After placing an order and before the item is dispatched from our warehouse. Once you have completed the order on our website and if you decide to cancel the order, go to My Kayfi Account. Under My Orders section open active order and click cancel order. The order amount will be refunded in the same mode of payment in 3 working days. 2. After receiving the item at home. For any reason, if you want to return the item, visit My Kayfi Account and under My Orders section open selected order and click Return Order. We would process your refund request in 14 days from the date we receive the item at our fulfilment centre. "
What about repeated returns?
We have easy return and exchange policies in place to give our customers an amazing shopping experience. However, continuous breach of our policies may result in a permanent ban of your account.
Which items can I exchanged?
Almost all items can be exchanged unless stated otherwise. Promotional & Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Can I return/exchange the free/promotional items?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges of free items/promotional items.
