Refund Policy

1. Refunds for orders originating in the United Arab Emirates will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the order in our fulfillment center, subject to bank processing.

2. Refunds for orders outside the UAE will be processed within 25-30 days of receipt of the order in our fulfillment center.

 

If your order item is wrong/damaged/missing then:

 

1. Contact us at 00971565051515 / support@kayfi.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

2. If the product is wrong/damaged, send the photo of the wrong/damaged product via email.

3. You will receive an email/update from Kayfi shortly explaining further details.

4. Your request will be accepted and after a review, we will initiate the return or exchange process.

Continued violations of our policies may result in permanent suspension of your account.
