1. Refunds for orders originating in the United Arab Emirates will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the order in our fulfilment centre, subject to bank processing.
2. Refunds for orders outside the UAE will be processed within 25-30 days of receipt of the order in our fulfilment centre.
3. Refunds will only apply to the amount of the item/s in your order/s with all applicable taxes and duties, not including the shipping fee and any customs fee.
4. If the order was paid using Tamara, your refund will be processed following the vendor's terms and conditions.
If your order item is wrong/damaged/missing then:
1. Contact us at 00971565051515 / firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. If the product is wrong/damaged, send a photo of the wrong/damaged product via email email@example.com.
3. You will receive an email/update from Kayfi shortly explaining further details.
4. Your request will be accepted and after a review, we will initiate the return or exchange process.
