Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. We provide free shipping within UAE on all orders.

2. Local general delivery will reach you in 3-4 days.

3. It might take 5-7 days to reach if you have international delivery, subject to customs.

4. In the case of returns, after the request is sent to the courier team, collections will be done in the next 2-3 business days for domestic & international shipments.

6. RTO will be returned once a week to the warehouse for all international cases to cases we need to book for the collection.

 

To track your order:

1. Go to the 'My Account'.

2. Open the order you want to track.

3. You will see all the tracking information under the order tracking section.

4. You may go to the partner website and enter AWB No. to track the details in case there are not updated in the “My Account”

 

If your order does not get shipped or you don't receive your order, then:

1. Go to the 'My Account' and track your order.

2. If you are unable to track your order within the expected delivery date, you can contact us on our helpline number or drop us an email at support@kayfi.com. Our customer care executive shall get back to you at the earliest.
