Shipping policy

We provide free shipping within UAE on all orders above AED 100.

A local general delivery will reach you in 3-4 days. (DTDC claims to deliver within 24 to 48 hrs within UAE)

If you have international delivery, it might take 5-7 days to reach, subject to customs. (DTDC Claims to deliver within 2 to 4 days subject to customs)

We offer express delivery in 1 day only within Dubai. Unfortunately, we don't offer express delivery outside of Dubai yet. (It is recommended to put express delivery on hold due to high delivery charges (refer to the rate card below)

In the case of returns, after the request is sent to the DTDC, RTO collections will be done the next day for domestic & international shipments. (Internal reference only)

RTO  will be returned once a week to the warehouse for all international cases to cases we need to book for the collection.  (Internal reference only)

To track your order:

  1. Go to the 'My Kayfi Account'.
  2. Open the order you want to track.
  3. You will see all the tracking information under the order tracking section.
  4. You may go to the partner website and enter AWB No. to track the details in case there are not updated in the “My Kayfi Account” 

If your order does not get shipped or you don't receive your order, then:

  1. Go to the 'My Kayfi Account' and track your order.
  2. If you are unable to track your order within the expected delivery date, you can contact us on our helpline number or drop us an email at support@kayfi.com. Our customer care executive shall get back to you at the earliest.
